- My own time out's just to go out in the forest and ground myself with nature for a few hours. - I find the best way for myself to get away from things, and look after myself is walking, listening to music, going for a good drive. - Taking the kids out for bike rides and having fun with the kids. - I like to go out with friends. Sometimes that might just mean a picnic in the park. Sometimes it might mean out for dinner, out for a drink, just really simple things, just to keep that connection happening. - Well, usually to calm myself down, I usually go play sport or do stuff to do with exercise, because I love doing that sort of stuff. - Try to get as much sleep as I can. And eat healthy. - - You want to make sure that you've got good people around you and you're looking after them as much as they're looking after you. - Well, I like to talk things through with my family. So, it's like off loading the thoughts that are going through my head. Just sharing it just seems to, it helps me. - Fishing or swimming or exercising. - All those sort of things where I can just chill out for a little while and disengage myself.
