We are conducting an online research survey for parents/carers to tell us (confidentially) about your experience of ReachOut services. This research will help ReachOut understand how we might be able to improve our services for parents/carers in the future.
We are interested in hearing from anyone caring for a young person aged 12-25 years who has used ReachOut in the past 12 months. To take part, you need to live in Australia. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete online.
The survey is confidential and the results will not identify any individuals who take part. Your contribution means a lot to us, and to say thanks for completing the survey you could win one of 25 x $100 gift vouchers! Read the terms and conditions here.
Are there any risks to participating?
If you find any questions too personal or triggering, you can leave them blank. You don’t have to respond to any questions you don’t feel comfortable answering. If you need someone to talk with, you can contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or check out other services here.
How is my privacy protected?
Your responses will be grouped together with other respondents. We will protect your information subject to any legal limitations. Any information that is made public (media, social media, academic papers) will be about the project as a whole and no personal information will be included.
How can I find out about the results of the research?
A summary of the findings will be made available online on the ReachOut website when the project is completed. You may opt in to be notified when this is available. The results may also be presented at academic conferences and published in research journals.
Who do I contact if I have questions or want to withdraw from the study?
If you have any questions about the survey, or you want to withdraw your consent to participate in the study, please email our Director of Research and Impact at email@example.com.
