We’re looking for parents and carers of at least one young person to tell us about their key concerns for people aged 12-18.
We are conducting an online research survey for parents/carers in Australia to tell us (confidentially) about the key issues you are concerned about, how they might impact the health and wellbeing of your child/ren, and how you might like to be supported to tackle these issues.
This research will help the mental health sector learn more about what matters to you, and how organisations like ReachOut might be able to help and support young people and their parents/carers better in the future.
We are interested in hearing from anyone living in Australia, caring for a young person aged 12-18 years. The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete online. Participation is voluntary
and completely confidential.
The survey is confidential and the results will be private. Your contribution means a lot to us, and to say thanks for completing the survey - you could win one of 25 x $100 gift vouchers! Read the terms and conditions here.
