Share how you feel about ReachOut in our annual survey for Parents and Carers
We are conducting an online research survey for parents/carers to tell us (confidentially) about your experience of ReachOut.
This research will help ReachOut understand how we might be able to better help and support parents/carers in the future.
We’re interested in hearing from anyone living in Australia, caring for a young person aged 12-25 years who has used ReachOut in the past 12 months. Complete the survey to go in the running for a $100 gift voucher!

Tell us what you think
This survey should take around 10 minutes to complete online. Participation is voluntary and confidential.
FAQs
If you find any questions too personal or upsetting, you can leave them blank. You don’t have to respond to any questions you don’t feel comfortable answering. If you need someone to talk with, you can contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or check out other support services.
All responses are confidential. Your responses will be grouped together with other respondents. We will protect your information subject to any legal limitations. Any information that is made public (media, social media, academic papers) will be about the project as a whole–no personal information will be included.
Your contribution means a lot to us, and to say thanks for completing the survey, we're offering 25 lucky winners a $100 gift voucher. Download the prize terms and conditions.
You may opt in to be notified when a summary of the findings is available. The results may also be presented at academic conferences and published in research journals.
If you have any questions about the survey, or you want to withdraw your consent to participate in the study, please email our Senior Manager Social Impact at research@reachout.com.
