FLTLT Allister Berryman has learnt a lot in his time with the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and Air Force Roulettes. There is a strong culture of accountability, where checking in with yourself and the people around you is encouraged and mindfulness is used on a daily basis. There are strong similarities between this and the parent/teenager relationship, so have a think about how you might adapt some of these practices to work with your family.
